RCS Fleet Services, Inc. is currently seeking a mobile diesel mechanic for our growing repair facility in Bealeton, VA. Our facility is also home to RCS Trucking – a 60+ truck fleet with over 100 trailers (Flatbed, Heavy-Haul, and Van). We also service numerous local commercial accounts.

Conduct Onsite Safety Checks on Trucks and Trailers.

Selecting appropriate course of action for repairs.
Tractor and Trailer preventive maintenance
Ensuring work orders are completed accurately

Participate in safety or educational training as required
Preferred minimum of 5-years of experience as a Mobile Diesel Mechanic
Must have your own tools
Possess a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
Able to work under limited supervision
Thermo King, Freightliner, Cat, Cummins, Detroit, Allison, Eaton, and Meritor experience a plus!

As an Automotive Mechanic, you will perform maintenance and repairs on automobiles, trucks, buses, and other vehicles. You will be responsible for removing, installing, diagnosing, repairing, disassembling and assembling parts, components, and engines.

Mount and balance tires. Road Force balance experience.

Move vehicles around the yard safely. Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and management. Perform all duties according to safety procedures. Rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
3+ years of proven Automotive Mechanic experience
Must be able to acquire or have a Virginia State Inspectors License

Light diesel and RV experience preferred
